AESTHETICS CAREER DEVELOPMENT and BEAUTY AT UR DOOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
THE ACD STORE (Aesthetics Career Development) and BAUD (Beauty At Ur Door) has established a number of policies in the overall best interests of our distribution network. THE ACD STORE and BAUD reserves the right to make reasonable changes from time to time in its policies and procedures to insure the orderly operation of its business.
1) OPENING AN ACCOUNT: THE ACD STORE and BAUD allows license physicians, aestheticians and other medical professionals to act as users of The ACD Store and BAUD products. Please forward the following documentation from you and/or your staff of professionals: a) Copy of user’s professional license, b) Tax Resell Exemption Form
2) TERMS: Payment is due prior to shipment of products. Call our customer service department for more information at 1.480.969.2806
3) PRICING: All pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Any written order pending shipping will be excluded. THE ACD STORE and BAUD reserves the rights, without notice, to suspend sales or close the account of any customer who fails to comply with the policies, terms and conditions of this contract.
4) CHECKS: THE ACD STORE and BAUD accepts payment by credit card, business check or bank issued check, Paypal.
5) C.O.D.: UPS charges a $15.00 surcharge for all C.O.D.’s. This is included in the total invoice amount.
6) PROCESSING TIME: Once the order is received via fax, email or by telephone, allow 3 (three) full business days for orders to be processed in-house before shipping. This includes any special deliveries or rush orders. Orders received past 2:00pm (Pacific Time) are considered next day.
7) DELIVERY: THE ACD STORE and BAUD utilizes Fed Express, UPS or the US Postal Service for shipment of all orders unless otherwise requested by the account holder. Our policy is to require a signature upon delivery, unless there is a signed Signature Waiver on file.
8) SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES: Free UPS ground shipping only on all domestic orders over $500.00. Any special request for rush delivery will be charged by UPS rates.
9) SHIPPING DAMAGES:
THE ACD STORE and BAUD is not responsible for damage of product order during shipping. Customer will need to contact the appropriate shipping company for more detailed information.
10) SHIPMENT REFUSALS and RESTOCKING CHARGES:
In the case of a return order to THE ACD STORE and BAUD due to refusal, no one present to accept it or to pay the C.O.D. amount, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. All return C.O.D. orders are charge with a 20% restocking fee.
11) OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Any, and all out of stock items will be shipped when they become available. There is no liability for delay or non-supply is accepted by THE ACD STORE and BAUD. Shipping charges apply to out-of-stock items. Charges for out of stock items are charge when items are ship.
12) STAFF TRAINING: Responsibility is not accepted by THE ACD STORE and BAUD for untrained or unqualified personnel using or misuse any products supplied by THE ACD STORE and BAUD. Professional product and treatment training is offered by THE ACD STORE and BAUD at The ACD location in Scottsdale Arizona. All expenses for sending staff to training are paid by the account holder.
13) LEGAL AND DEBT COLLECTIONS: If at any time THE ACD STORE and BAUD has the need to resort to such a process to collect overdue accounts, any legal and/or debt collection costs will be incurred in full by the buyer.
14) OUTSIDE SALES: THE ACD STORE and BAUD distributes professional skin care products, supplies, and marketing materials used by license professionals. Our policy does not allow the sales of THE ACD STORE and BAUD products to be sold outside of a licensed business governed by license professionals in medical or cosmetology fields. This includes out door sales such as swap meets or mall kiosks. The account holder can be terminated immediately if such activities are discovered.
15) REFUND POLICY: THE ACD STORE and BAUD stands behind each product sold. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective, result-oriented professional skin care products available in the industry today. However, we understand there may be reasons the product is not functional for your client at times. (See #16 for Replacement Refund Policy) THE ACD STORE and BAUD guarantees a 100% product exchange. There are NO CASH REFUNDS for any product returns. If you have any questions on product selections, please speak with our customer service representatives for more information.
16) REPLACEMENT REFUND POLICY: THE ACD STORE and BAUD accepts approved product returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Along with the refund policy, (see # 15 for Refund Policy,) products are eligible for replacement if one or more of the following are apparent; 1) original container damaged, 2) defective product, 3) you receive the wrong product. One of the following may apply; a) credit to the account, b) an exchange of the same product, or c) exchange for another product of equal value.
17) HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS: The return process is as follows; 1) call our customer service department at 1.480.969.2806 Explain the situation in detail. 2) Once we agreed to exchange the product(s) and the original product have been received in our office, the replacement products will be sent out within 3-5 business days. Shipping is added to your invoice. Unauthorized returns are discard and no credits issued. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact our customer service representatives, Mon-Fri 9 a.m.-7 p.m. (PST). All return shipping is the responsibility of the account holder. 18) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All trademark and logos are property of The ACD Store and account holder must obtain approval before use and is subject to US federal trademark and copyright laws.
